Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Math Sprint mobile application (the "App") operated by Vaani Apps ("us," "we," or "our").

Your access to and use of the App is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the App.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

1. License to Use App

Vaani Apps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Math Sprint App for your personal, non-commercial use on your mobile device in accordance with these Terms.

2. Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may offer features, content, or services for a one-time purchase, through subscriptions, or via other in-app purchases.

• Payment Processing: All purchases are processed through the respective app store's (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) payment systems. We do not store your payment information.
• Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off.
• Refunds: All purchases are final. Refunds are handled in accordance with the policies of the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

3. Advertising

The App displays personalized advertisements. These ads are served by third-party advertising networks that may collect anonymous device identifiers and usage data to personalize the ads you see.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vaani Apps and its licensors.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

6. Test History

The App stores your test history locally on your device. You can view this history within the App. This data will be removed if you uninstall the App.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Your use of the App is at your sole risk. The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vaani Apps, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the App, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
